Will the furniture leg eventually poke through the felt? No. Unlike cheap silicone caps, the CB188 features an integrated internal steel plate. This plate acts as a puncture-proof barrier, ensuring the weight of the furniture is distributed across the felt without cutting through it over time.

What size chair leg does the CB188 fit? This specific model is designed for round or square furniture legs with a diameter or width between 36mm and 42mm (approx. 1.5 inches). For smaller legs, please see our 19mm or 25mm sleeve options.

How to Measure for a Perfect Fit

Round Legs: Measure the diameter (the distance across the center of the bottom of the leg).

Square Legs: Measure the width of one side.

If you are “In-Between”: If your leg is exactly on the edge (e.g., 29.5mm), we generally recommend choosing the smaller size down for a tighter, more secure stretch-fit.
